The End of the Individual Banked Hours Regime

We remind that as of today, October 1st, 2020 (inclusively), the individual banked hours regime is permanently eliminated under the changes introduced in the Labor Code in 2019. Thus, it is no longer legally enforceable the agreements that were executed between the employer and the employee providing for the individual banked hours.
