Cristina Ribeiro Coelho joined TFRA in 2018, dedicating herself to Corporate and M&A areas.She provides legal assistance to national and foreign clients in the scope of Mergers & Acquisitions, structuring and implementation of sales, acquisition and joint venture operations.
She also has consolidated experience in contractual matters, corporate restructuring and current advice in corporate matters.
She graduated in Law from the University of Lisbon Law Faculty (1997), has been a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 1999 and before joining TFRA,
Cristina worked as a lawyer at PLMJ (1997) and Garrigues (2001-2017).
She is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
