Ambrosio Jardim has, since 1998, worked mainly in the areas of commercial law (corporate, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring and planning), national and international tax law and real estate.
He has specialized in the support and ongoing advice to foreign investors in Portugal and in the support and consultancy in the internationalization of Portuguese companies.
He has sat on the Board of several multinational companies operating within the institutional framework of the Madeira International Business Center.
Ambrosio Jardim is a law graduate from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, being a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2001 and member of the International Tax Planning Association (ITPA).
Ambrosio Jardim is fluent in Portuguese and English.
