In the new year we remind that the inspecting labor authorities carry out inspections to the employers in order to determine if they are fully complying with their legal duties, inclusively to verify whether they are complying with the most recent legal obligation to affix, in a visible place in their establishments and headquarters, a code of conduct for the prevention and fight against harassment at work, whenever the company has seven or more employees. Hence, we recommend that you verify if this and all other legal duties are being complied since the penalties for cases of violation of the Law are quite significant.
