Catarina Duarte has been a member of TFRA since 2023. She has a degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2022) and a master’s degree in Tax and Financial Law from the same institution (2025).
She enriched her academic training by participating in the intensive course, promoted by the Institute of Economic, Financial, and Tax Law of the Faculty of Law at the University of Lisbon, on “Tax Offences and Tax Misdemeanour Proceedings” (2023).
Catarina is fluent in Portuguese and English.
Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association (2025).
